Okay sooo, Here are some tips to get your hair to grow!

1) remove damaged ends

2) try not to use curling irons, or hair straignteners whenever possible. (any heat related appliances)

3) dont use harsh chemicals.

4) aviod chorline and salt water (wash your hair ASAP after you go swimming ect)

5) aviod any hairstyles that could put strain on your hair

6) avoid extreme diets

7) drink plenty of water and eat healthy!

It has also been said that MTV told the people that actually work in the office that they can’t move

anything around their desks because they do so many reshoots.

Alright, so the long awaited album is just about to drop! Early at that! The album was supposed to be dropped December 16th, but is now going to be released just in time for Thanksgiving weekend on Monday the 24th!!!!

HOWEVER!

There is a special Christmas album cover that is going to be released on the original release date (December 16th) ON ITUNES as well as in the stores.

Okay, now Ive heard the whole album and Im sure most of u have too.

BUT I LOVE THIS ALBUM.

It has got to be my favorite album from him so far.

I highly suggest you guys go out and buy it or reserve ur

copy on itunes!

Its a total must have!

A great christmas present or stocking stuffer as well!
