Tori gave birth to her new baby girl Stella Doreen McDermott says OK! Magazine.
Spelling had a C- Section with the same doctor Angelina Jolie uses.
The baby arrived at the Cedars Sinai Medical Center at 3:13 p.m. PT and weighed 6 lbs 8 oz.
